What's the difference between Essentials and Plus?
Essentials ($19 a month) has everything most small businesses need: invoicing, bills, banking, inventory, projects and time, reports, unlimited people, 2 live bank feeds and a monthly AI allowance. Plus ($39 a month) adds purchase orders, warehouses, lots, assemblies, landed costs, multi-currency, locations, budgets, revenue recognition, retainage, approval routing, custom roles and company groups, with 5 bank feeds and a bigger AI allowance. You can move between them at any time, and nothing is deleted when you move down.
What is Early Access?
AccLyf Books officially launches on January 1, 2027. Until then it's free Early Access, a beta: every feature, no card and no obligation. Features may change and things may break during the beta, so keep your own copies of anything important. Early Access includes up to 2 live bank feeds per business (statement imports are unlimited) and 25 AI receipt reads plus 10 Ask AI questions a month. Your books stay as they are at launch. To keep working in them after that, choose Essentials ($19 a month) or Plus ($39 a month). As thanks for testing, your first 2 months free are free, and Plus costs the Essentials price for your first 24 months (the founding price). If you don't choose, your books become read-only (open to view and export, with no charge) and live bank feeds are disconnected.
Do I pay for each person I invite?
No. Invite your bookkeeper, your accountant, your sales team and the crew who snaps receipts. Each person gets a role that shows only what they need.
What happens if I cancel?
Your books stay read-only. You can still open them, download any report as CSV, and export your full general ledger, chart of accounts, contacts, invoices, payments, expenses, bank lines and receipt files.
